Our Therapeutic Services
Our offerings include ABA, speech-language pathology, parent consultations, training, and service navigation. By leveraging holistic and compassionate knowledge, we provide tailored support to enhance well-being and achieve positive outcomes for the families we serve.
Early Intervention
ESDM (Early Start Denver Model) is an evidence-based intervention, integrating applied behaviour analysis (ABA) principles with holistic developmental and relationship-based strategies for children under 5.
Parent Consults
Parent/caregiver consults involve providing guidance and support to parents/caregivers on implementing tailored behaviour analytic strategies at home or in the education setting to facilitate and support their child's development and learning.
*ABA
ABA is a scientific approach focusing on understanding and *improving behaviour and aiding in skill acquisition by applying evidence-based strategies to bring about meaningful change across the lifespan.
Groups & Workshops
We offer a combination of ABA & Speech based social and educational groups for children and parents, fostering collaborative learning in a group setting to enhance social and educational development.
Speech
Our speech team assesses and treats communication disorders, including speech, language, literacy, social challenges, to improve individuals' overall communication skills and abilities.
Service Navigation
Engaging a non-partisan service navigator streamlines therapy, ensuring efficient coordination of resources, reducing barriers, and optimizing access to diverse services, ultimately enhancing treatment outcomes for families.
*Please note that we primarily focus on skill acquisition, and social skills programming. Due to the limited space in our facility, if your family is dealing with challenging or aggressive behaviour, we recommend that sessions take place in the home setting. This approach aims to support the family in a holistic manner and ensure the safety of the client, staff, and other participants in the program. Clients may graduate to clinical services once it is appropriate. This recommendation is an ethical consideration on our part, as our current facility is limited in space and behaviour reduction supports and resources are limited. We are also happy to refer you to other community agencies if you prefer in-clinic behaviour reduction support.
