Mount Etna Child & Family Services is growing again — and we’re excited to share several new opportunities to join our multidisciplinary team supporting neurodivergent children and families across the GTA!

​

We’re currently hiring for the following roles:

​

 Speech-Language Pathologist (Pediatric & Developmental Focus)
A collaborative, play-based role supporting communication, social, and feeding goals across clinic, home, and community settings. Opportunities to integrate AAC, Naturalistic Developmental Behavioural Interventions (ESDM), and caregiver coaching within a family-centered model. Location: Split between Scarborough & Durham Clinics

 

Occupational Therapist (Pediatric & Neurodivergent Focus)
Help children build independence, sensory regulation, and motor skills through meaningful, play-based interventions. Collaborate with RBAs, SLPs, and CDAs in a supportive teaching-clinic environment.  Location: Split between Scarborough & Durham Clinics

 

Client Care Coordinator (Family Services & Administration)
A vital front-line role ensuring families experience smooth, compassionate, and organized care from intake to ongoing service. Ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, empathetic, and enjoy connecting with families and clinicians alike.  Location: Hybrid - Oshawa/Bowmanville

 

All clinical roles include a split caseload between our Scarborough and Oshawa/Bowmanville locations based on client needs (for example 2 days and 3 days), flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time), and potential for a salaried position once a consistent caseload is established.
