Should a family choose to cancel services prior to commencement, the booking deposit is non-refundable, as administrative onboarding, scheduling, and clinician allocation begin immediately upon confirmation. All official billing and invoices will be processed through the appropriate platform based on the funding source and services provided, including: * **Ontario Autism Program (OAP)** * **QuickBooks** * **JaneApp** All service agreements, consent forms, policies, intake documentation, and official contracts will be issued electronically through **JaneApp** by the **Client Care Coordinator**.
