Effective hourly figures assume eight-hour days, and the month assumes the space is yours around the clock. Every step down rewards a bigger commitment.

Standing weekly bookings are welcome, and recurring hourly or daily bookers earn an extra 10% off.

Two-Hour Minimum on Hourly Bookings
- It keeps the room easy to schedule around for everyone using it.
All Rates Are Gross and All Inclusive
- HST, utilities and amenities are already in the price. There is nothing added at the end.
A Full Month Is Exclusive
- The whole space is held for you, with nobody booking around you.
One Card for Every Use
- Co-working, therapy and classroom use share the same simple rate card.

Running a Program Together
If you would rather partner than rent, there are four arrangements, through the MAEZ Learning Collective.
Rent the Room and Run Your Own Program
- You keep your own enrolment, revenue and administration, and pay the rate card. A weekly group at the recurring rate is $72 for a two-hour session, or $864 across a twelve-week program.
Facilitate One of Our Programs
- You bring the facilitator for a group of our clients, we handle enrolment, records and funder compliance, and there is no room charge. Up to $150 per session, held at $1,800 for twelve weeks.
Co-Deliver a Blended Group
- Roughly half the room is ours and half yours, up to about ten children. Each organisation registers and bills its own participants. No rental fee and no facilitation fee: the space and shared staffing are the exchange.
Host One of Our Programs at Your Site
- We bring the program and our staff to your facility and pay you a negotiated rate for the room.
Collaboration terms are set case by case, and the figures above are starting points rather than fixed terms. Programs confirm numbers at least three weeks before they start.
