About Services in Waterloo Region
Waterloo Region families seeking behaviour analytic and developmental support have often had to travel to the GTA for it, which is a long trip to make weekly. From September 2026 we remove the trip entirely: sessions happen in your home or online, wherever you are in the region. We are building the intake list now so families are not starting from zero when services begin.
In-Home and Virtual, Not a Clinic
Waterloo Region is served through in-home and virtual sessions rather than a physical site. Services begin September 2026 and we are building the intake list now.

Questions from Kitchener-Waterloo Families
Do You Have a Clinic in Kitchener-Waterloo?
No. Waterloo Region is supported through in-home and virtual services rather than a physical site. A clinician comes to you, or sessions happen online.
When Do Services Start in Waterloo Region?
September 2026. We are taking inquiries now so that intake conversations can happen before services begin rather than after.
What Does an in-Home Session Look Like?
Much like a clinic session, except the setting is your own home, which is often an advantage. Skills get practised in the rooms and routines where they are actually needed.
Will You Accept Ontario Autism Program Funding in Waterloo Region?
Yes. We accept OAP and SSAH funding, extended health benefits with direct billing, and private pay, the same as at our Durham Region and Toronto sites.
Which Services Will Be Available in-Home or Virtually?
Tell us what your family needs on the inquiry and we'll be straight with you about what we can deliver in Waterloo Region from September and what would mean travelling to a clinic.
Do You Cover Cambridge and the Surrounding Townships?
Our intended service area is Waterloo Region, which includes Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge. Tell us where you are and we'll confirm whether we can reach you.
Start with a Call. We'll Take It from There.
Tell us about your child and your family. We'll explain your options, what funding covers, and what happens next.
